Shipping policy

ORDERS: Please allow 2 - 3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email confirming when your order has been processed and your form of payment will be processed at this time.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges for each item for UK, Canada, Europe and USA are included on the product page. Shipping charges to all other locations will be calculated when your order is being processed. An email will be sent informing you of the shipping costs and requesting confirmation to proceed with your order.

 

SHIPPING TIMES: Orders will be shipped within 5-7 days using the postal service with an expected delivery of 14 – 21 business days depending on location. Once an order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track your package on the carrier’s website. You will be notified by email if your order is not expected to ship within the timeframe.

 

IMPORT DUTY / TAXES: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. The purchaser is responsible for payment of all duties and taxes assessed by your country’s custom authority.
