Shipping policy

ORDERS: Please allow 2 - 3 business days to process your order. You will receive an email confirming when your order has been processed and your form of payment will be processed at this time.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are calculated at check-out. 

SHIPPING TIMES: Orders will be shipped within 5-7 days using the postal service with an expected delivery of 14 – 21 business days depending on location. Once an order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track your package on the carrier’s website. You will be notified by email if your order is not expected to ship within the timeframe.

IMPORT DUTY / TAXES: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. The purchaser is responsible for payment of all duties and taxes assessed by your country’s custom authority.

JAMAICA INTER-ISLAND SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped door to door where available. When not available, orders will be shipped to the relevant Post Office for collection.
