Refund policy
REFUNDS: Refunds may be requested if an item contains a manufacturer’s defective or you were sent an item in error. Requests must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the item and photo or video evidence provided along with the order number. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email when the refund is processed. Your bank may take additional time to process your refund.
Depending on the item, you may be asked to return it and the cost borne by Bespoke Caribbean. Items must be unused and in its original packaging unless packaging is not suitable for return.
EXCHANGE: Items available in multiple sizes may be approved for exchange if the item does not fit. Items being exchanged must be unused and in its original packaging unless packaging is not suitable for return. The cost of returning the item and shipping the replacement will be borne by the purchaser. To request an exchange, items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt and photo or video evidence provided along with the order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
You will be notified via email if your exchange request has been approved. Do not return an item for exchange prior to receiving approval.
